Why would you?: Why would anyone take sleeping pills (otc or otherwise) before school? When you are in school, you want to be awake and alert, and sleeping pills will do the opposite. Incidentally, zoloft (sertraline) is neither a sleeping pill nor otc.

Experimenting?: From your question it sounds like you're experimenting, or thinking about overdosing. If you're truly 38 like it says on your question, you're old enough to get help with any concerns. If you're actually a minor, please talk with your parents about this -- and don't take those pills.
