Benadryl, melatonin: You can try an antihistamine Benadryl 25 - 100 mg at night or Melatonin 2.5 - 5 mg at night. You may take up to 10 mg of melatonin at night to help you sleep if needed. Otherwise, try exercising in the AM, astretching out at night, avoiding meals and stressful activities right before bedtime to help you get a good night's sleep.
