Uti: make sure the urine is cultured and not just the dipstix white cells and redcells indicates irritation make sure she is not taking bubble baths or sitting in soapy water! increase fluid intake and that might help a lot

Irritation: When a specimen is obtained, the method is important. If a girl just pees in a cup, collection basin or bag, it often contains debris washed out of the vagina. These areas are also sensitive to bath soaps, shampoo, scented toilet tissue etc. that can trigger irritation/itching/burning. All these factors can add white cells and or small amounts of blood to the urine.
