If you do not have: a form of connective tissue disorder it is highly unlikely that you have an aneurysm. You are most likely just feeling the normal aortic pulsation. There is no way to tell over the internet. You will need to see a health care professional and be examined. A confirmational CT scan or ultrasound would also set your mind at easy.
