How small anerysms can be detected on a ultrasound scan of abdominal aorta? if you have bp 75/115 will it give smaller size than higher bp would?

Very small: aneurysms can be seen with ultrasound. Blood pressure plays a role in their formation but not in the ability to see the aneurysm.if your systolic BP is 115 mmHg that is very good. An aneurysm should not expand, under usual setting.they usually don't decrease in size once formed.

The ability to: visualize the abdominal aorta, and abdominal aortic aneurysms, does not depend on blood pressure.

Abdominal aorta: the abdominal aorta and its aneurysms are far larger than the resolution of abdominal ultrasound, so the aorta and aneurysms of it are easily imaged. The BP has little to do with it.
