Bleed easier: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, your results suggest a slight deficiency in clotting. The results are not severe enough that you will have abnormal bleeding, however, you should discuss it the the doctor who ordered the tests.
