Just spotting normal: After one triplet stops growing, your body will often reabsorb that embryo if it is still early in your pregnancy. The cells in that embryo break down, and your body reabsorbs the substances left behind. It is unlikely you will have heavy bleeding: spotting would be common. Good luck on the remaining twins!
