Doctor can check it: An ear that feels full (feeling of pressure), and doesn't go back to normal in a day, should be checked by a primary care doctor. The same goes for an ear that has off and on pain. The primary care doctor may refer to an ENT specialist if needed. There may be ear fluid behind the eardrum, a middle ear infection, some wax remaining in the ear, or some other problem.
