Call your doctor: Best to call your doctor who just irrigated your ears, and removed the impacted wax. So as/he can follow up with you, and possibly look in your ear, and give you something that will relieve the itching and burning sensation. Plus this has be documented in your medical record.

Your: Ear canal was probably irritated. If it does not get better call your doc as there are drops that can help and maybe your doc will be willing to call them in for you to cure that irritation.
