Tinnitus in left ear decided to use ear drops. 9 days later ear full of wax after pulling out the goo , still ringing ear still blocked :-( syringe?

Syringe may help: They sell cleaning kits for ears in the pharmacies which have large syringes. I always advise to use warm soapy water for these types of cleanings. At the same time, I advise caution when doing anything with the ear canal & if you're not sure of what you are doing or if things are going the right way then you should stop and see your doctor. Much better that than to cause any sort of complication.
