See an ENT: please have your ears evaluated by a board certified otolaryngologist who will be able to examine your ears and remove the cerumen under direct vision

Earwax buildup, doc cleaned out ears with syringe. Was told to use ear drops and come back to rinse some more, but now I hear "pulse" in left ear?
Do you still need to take out the wax with the syringe if you left debrox ear drops over night?
