Hydro ureters: and hydronephrosis in a 2-month old infant, best management is to follow up with a urologist or better a pediatric urologist and a pediatrician or a pediatric nephrologist, he may very well has an anatomic problem causing such problem as posterior urethral valve or another abnormality. Depends on grade?: I'm so sorry to see he is ill! The treatment depends on the severity of the hydronephrosis. The lower grades are treated with medical management, namely with a prophylactic antibiotic. Only the highest grade will typically need surgical treatment. Hope this helps!
