Frd need MD followup: depends on cause of unconsciousness e.g. seizure, diabetes, stroke, vasovagal, drugs, alcohol, etc. - many such causes can have stomach pain afterwards but be sure Frd has MD followup ASAP to address not just stomach issues but cause of the unconsciousness
