Definitely: You should have a head CT scan to make sure there is no intracranial bleeding after your head injury. You should have gone to the hospital emergency room the day you fell and lost consciousness as you sustained a concussion and would have been admitted for observation or at least sent home with someone to closely observe you and given a set of instructions as to symptoms requiring follow-up tests
