First week of taking sertraline 50mg and have lost my appetite, upset stomach, dry mouth and foot sweating. is this normal or something else ?

Normal: These side effects are common and usually improve after several weeks. Optimal benefit of the medication may not be seen for 3-4 weeks, so tolerating side effects for a few more weeks is recommended. Sometimes using a step up dose from 25 mg for a week or so before going to 50 is helpful.
