No: It depends usually it is difficult to see insulted area immediately but serial measurement will show changes and confirm diagnosis.

No: Concussions are variable in duration and nothing may show other symptoms may be delayed some major intracranial injuries may have no or minimal acute findings but be lethal (epidural hematoma).
