A member asked:

I have a 30 day cycle so if i got my cycle on aug 22 and missed sept and got my cycle on oct 6th and i was supposed to get it on oct 22nd where in that time did i ovulate?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Approx September 22: Almost universally (with a small amount of variation) we ovulate 14 days before we menstruate. When cycles are long or irregular, it is the phase prior to ovulation that is fluctuating, usually not the "luteal phase". Hope that helps!
