You need a calendar: Mark calendar on day 1 of cycle. Then mark calendar on day 1 of next cycle. Subtract 14 days from the 2nd cycle. If you have a 28 day cycle, then that is day 14. If you have a 32 day cycle then that will be day 18. Count 18 days from when you just started and you will likely ovulate within that 5 day period, 2 days before + 2 days after.
