If your cycles are still "regular" (24-34 days apart) and an LH surge occurred on "day four" after the end of your previous cycle, and your physician is not using medication to ensure ovulation, this may happen (depending on length of your menstruation, "day four" could really be "day 9-10" if your period was five days long).
