Withdrawal bleed: Stopping the pills is sort of like taking the 7 placebo pills at the end of the pack. There's a sudden drop in the hormone levels and it can cause you to have an early period, though the period will probably be lighter than usual. Understand that you are no longer protected, so will need to use a back-up contraception until you start your next pack.
