My ear is blocked (pressure and lost hearing) after using the neil med sinus rinse. i tried yawning to pop it and a q-tip. how can i unblock my ear?

Wax Impaction: You probably moistened a near complete wax impaction and made the blockage complete. This may require an ENT doctor to fix but you can try dissolving the wax. Debrox and Cerumenex are good at this. I suggest repeat usage several times a day until the wax dissolves. If it doesn't after a day or two time to see the doctor. Seeing a ENT rather than your pcp is recommended.
