For 2 weeks ear blocked, hurts in elevator and has a roaring sound after i speak for 0.1 seconds. not tinnitus as the roar is just for a second and then stops. no wax or fluid. nasal steroid hasnt unblocked, no cold just covid 2 months ago. help?
