May be dry eyes: Fluctuating vision can be a sign of dry eyes. If you have been on the computer a lot or started a new medication, that could certainly cause it. Try some artificial tests and see if it helps.

Several things: It may just be fatigue, need for glasses, but could be early diabetes, uncontrolled blood pressure a full medical and visual evaluation is needed.
