A few thoughts: Not quite enough description to give clear answer, but depending on whether fever is present, where rash is located, where you live, family history, etc. may consider ricketsial infections, bacterial infection, systemic lupus, Lyme disease & such.See doctor for eval & testing incl. blood counts, tests for inflammation, antibody titers, & tests for auto-immune disorders.
