I got all 4 wisdom teeth extracted 4.5 days ago. the holes seem to be healing fine, but my other teeth are aching so badly i can't sleep. this normal?

Referred Pain: As long as the sites are healing normally, your referred pain will soon subside. NSAIDs will help reduce inflammation and discomfort. Certainly not unexpected.

Post-op pain: Should be subsiding gradually. OTC analgesics may help. If you don't feel a little better each day contact your treating Dentist or specialist Oral Surgeon for a post-op evaluation.
