Not particularly: Fever and aches are usually not associated with wisdom tooth extraction. You may have an infection which may or may not be related to the extractions. Have your oral surgeon take a look and if not related, see your physician.

Wisdom tooth extract: It is normal for you to have some pain and discomfort, limited opening, but a fever, swelling, severe pain is a sign of an infection so call the extracting dentist to get this checked.
