More Aggressive Tx: Avoid long hot showers and harsh and drying cleansers. Apply fragrance-free moisturizer like Vanicream or Eucerin 1-2 times/day. For eczema flares you need to be applying prescription strength corticosteroid ointments to problem areas twice a day until clear. Wet dressings (wet wraps) at night and chlorine baths if more severe.

See a dermatologist: You need prescription steroid cream or ointment, possible oral therapy. Also a long shower or bath, hot is OK, immediately rub in a ceramide cream. Steroid creams are OK during pregnancy. Eucerin cream is good. So is Eucerin cleanser.
