Chronic pelvic pain?: Chlamydia doesn't cause prostatitis, and is rarely acquired by oral sex -- maybe false positive test? Maybe chronic pelvic pain syndrome, or genital anxiety, not true prostatitis. You've been asking repeated questions. Follow your doctor's advice, or see an infectious diseases specialist or urologist. Your situation is too complex for a forum like this; don't expect any further advice. Good luck.
