There is no realistic possibility these tests missed gonorrhea or chlamydia. There also is no chance your knee pain has anything to do with these infections or any other STD.

Those tests are not easily dodged. Knee pain can be due to many reasons and the diseases you mention are not usually the cause. Pl dont be frustrated and see a good ortho doc. Hope you feel better
