Use .5 mg estrace & 100 mg prometrium for 20 yrs. in post menopause. does it offer protection in preventing uterine cancer?

Not exactly: Progesterone use offset the effect of Estrogen in preventing endometrial hyperplasia. If someone is taking Estrogen and has a uterus then they also need to take Progesterone. Combined hormone therapy is not prescribed for the primary prevention of uterine cancer.
