Reassess: If symptoms like nausea and feeling awful occur, while on hormone replacement therapy, the therapeutic regimen and approach should be reassessed.

Contact treating MD: You need to contact the MD who gave you the medication and express your symptoms which may lead to a examination and possible alteration of your HRT.
