Lower Side: Normal oxygen Saturation Should be above 90% It is normal with Pneumonia pending on severity to have lower oxygen saturation If You have had 3 Pulmonary Embolism You should be in long life anticoagulation and may need a V/Q Scan and ECHO To make sure you don't have chronic Pulmonary Hypertension and Chronic thromboembolic Disease .You may need To wait for Pneumonia resolution.
