See doctor: You should be under the care of a doctor for the sake of your and your baby's health. Who is "they" that told you about trichomoniasis? It can be treated easily, but should see a doctor for evaluation and treatment. If you are pregnant you did have sex some time, and you should be tested for other sexually transmitted diseases as well. Wish you good health and a healthy baby.
