A member asked:

At 31weeks pregnant i had contractions/was1cm dilated&had them stopped in hospital.35wks now,feeling it again, should i contact the hospital/midwife?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes seek care again: If you are an otherwise healthy pregnant woman and your only obstetrical problem has been preterm labor which was successfully treated at 31 weeks, most obstetricians/midwives would try to stop your contractions again and keep you pregnant until term, till your baby's lungs have matured or 39 weeks if possible. It would be wise to contact the hospital again today.
