At 31weeks pregnant i had contractions/was1cm dilated&had them stopped in hospital.35wks now,feeling it again, should i contact the hospital/midwife?

Yes seek care again: If you are an otherwise healthy pregnant woman and your only obstetrical problem has been preterm labor which was successfully treated at 31 weeks, most obstetricians/midwives would try to stop your contractions again and keep you pregnant until term, till your baby's lungs have matured or 39 weeks if possible.
