Seek : Seek emergent medical attention. If you are having chest pains, headache and sharp pains and you yourself are feeling distressed, then your baby may also be distressed. Also, headache in the second or third trimester needs to be assessed by your doctor to investigate if you are having preeclampsia, a pregnancy induced medical condition that is characterized by headache, protein in the urine and high blood pressure. The combination of decreased movement from baby and all of your symptoms need to be investigated asap. Call your doctor now and be ready to go to the emergency room.
