Also, headache in the second or third trimester needs to be assessed by your doctor to investigate if you are having preeclampsia, a pregnancy induced medical condition that is characterized by headache, protein in the urine and high blood pressure. The combination of decreased movement from baby and all of your symptoms need to be investigated asap. Call your doctor now and be ready to go to the emergency room.
