Hi, i was wondering if it is normal for my actual eyeball (i do not wear glasses or contacts) to fog over when steam goes in my face?

Nooo!!: You have eyelids which are analogous to a car's windshield wipers. Also, the reason that a window fogs over "fogs over" is because of a difference of conditions of temp and humidity on the different sides of the window. Can't happen with your cornea!
