Yes: By turning your head with your glasses on, you are changing the way the light from the image you are looking enters through your pupil. This blur is due to the spherical aberration of the glasses and partly due to your eye. The best focus comes from the rays of light entering the optical center of your spectacles and through the center of your pupil.
