Woke up today with double vision in left eye, right eye blurry but normal. double vision faded after washing my face but even with my glasses on my vision is still a bit fuzzy. first time this has happened, should i be worried?

Double vision in one eye can be caused by cataracts or astigmatism. Have you been told that you have astigmatism? I doubt you'd have cataract formation at your age. It's best to get your eyes checked again.
