Great idea: That's called doing a little laundry and bathing at the same time. It works fine when the soap is mild. There's no need to wash up after washing up. Cleaning the tub and shower, while standing in the tub, and then taking a shower... does a similar thing. It's efficient because a person finishes two tasks at the same time.
