If semen is on your hand and you wash them with soap and water and dry is there any possibility of the sperm not being removed?

Soap and water should get rid of sperm on your hands. Sperm require a specific environment to survive, and simple hand washing with soap and water should effectively remove it. Outside of the body, sperm remains viable for a short time only. Certain factors such as temperature, moisture, and contact with air significantly influence its viability.

Sperm dies outside the body in 3-5 minutes. Any sperm on objects or surface dies because the semen is inactivated. The chemical content of the soap also kills the sperm.

It depends on the thoroness of washing . Proper hand washing includes hand and all fingers gently rubbed all over for at least 2mts. There are several videos online to show you that. A good washing will remove all sperms.
