When i need to wash my hand with soap, does it matter if water should be hot, warm, cold?

Comfortable water: Comfortable water of any temperature works just fine. Using common sense, one would not choose scalding hot water nor freezing cold water. Basically, it doesn't matter what the temperature is. However, a person should be sure not to wash too roughly, especially if washing many times a day, or else the skin will get abraded and cracked up.
