Stress fx, labral : You are having pain with hip flexion. A labral tear, iliopsoas tendinitis and bursitis, an articulate cartilage defect or a stress fracture are all considerations. You'll need to see a physician for an exam. X-rays are a good start but an MRI may be necessary to fully detect the problem. Rest from running and high impact activities for now.
