I used peroxide to clean my ear this morning can the liquid get caught in the middle ear or eustachian tube?

Not usually: If it was applied to the outside part of the ear, then usually no. There is an ear drum that separates the outer ear from the middle ear and the eustachian tube. If there is perforation of the eardrum then potentially the answer is yes.
