Yesterday , I drank wine and vodka. It was my first time drinking alcohol. This morning, there was blood in my vomit. Is this common? I am 20 yrs old.

Excess alcohol: Yes you drank too much for the first time. You probably created a gastritis and that is why you have blood in the vomit.

Violent vomiting in a hangover can induce bleeding as well even in the absence of gastritis.
