Every now and then i find i get breathless doing everyday things. its not everyday. could it be lung cancer?

It's a "human": thing to "think of the worse" case scenario for what may be a simple explanation! You could be anemic, At age 37 you may be "perimenopausal" Actually cancer would present with a lot more symptoms before it grew large enough to cause breathlessness..(for example COUGH..etc Talk with your GP (Plan Doctor) about your symptoms and the anxiety you have about it!
