Glad you're scared: Hopefully you'll avoid smoking and thus make your risk negligible. You've done well already to get some behavioral Rx -- we all grow up learning a few things wrong, and getting with a wise person can help us with our blind spots and the things we do that aren't helpful. A few hours talking about your lung cancer fears, and a bit of awareness of what normal breathing is like, should cure you.
