Any of the above: Many things to consider. Less likely cancer recurrence given recent CT. This pain can be radiation pneumonitis, postoperative pain, insufficiency fracture (not cancer related), from lymphedema (swelling of the arm/chest), pneumonia. Definitely go to your doctor for further evaluation.
