Have at it: As long as you are not having pain, weakness, numbness or tingling in your legs or difficulty controlling your bowel or bladder I wouldn't worry about. It's part of getting old... Dance on.

Yes you can dance: Crunching noise in the absence of pain, numbness, burning or weakness in the extremities is usually of NO concern. Thus, you can continue dancing. Joints often make noise, even at a young age, and this doesn't necessarily signify a problem.
