I am 52 kg weghit and 170 cm hight, i tried more ways to gain weight but i can't gain weight over 52 kg however i should be 60 kg at least?

Check thyroid: You are very slightly underweight. Your BMI (body mass index is 18. Normal BMI is 18.5 to 24.9. The first thing you should do if you want to gain some weight is to see a doctor and make sure your blood tests including a thyroid test are normal. If all is normal start exercising to build up muscle mass and eat lots of the healthy foods that you love.
