Ultrasound of what?: I'm not sure what was viewed with the ultrasound from your description. Ultrasound is generally good at distinguishing something solid from something filled with fluid (a cyst). Most cysts are benign, even if unexpected. For example, kidney, liver, ovarian cysts (depending on age & cycle). Cysts in some organs (brain) can cause problems. If 2 docs said it's OK, most likely it's OK.
